Studio Guidelines
PARKING & ENTERING The entrance from the alley is open! The studio entrance will remain unlocked until class is underway due to safety concerns. You may also enter the Yoga Alley through the HADC main entrance
Parking in the alley is prohibited--please park in the parking lot.
IN CLASS
Please turn your cell phone off, [if you need it with you, please be sure to set it to vibrate]
Please limit the amount of perfume/cologne worn as a courtesy for others
Please limit the amount of jewelery worn in class (the sounds can be distracting to you and others)
As you enter the studio, please respect other students desire to transition from noise to silence.
Please be aware of making space for others when the studio begins to become full near class time.
If you bring a friend, their first class is free, if they buy a punch card you get a free class!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Beginner Workshop: If you are new to yoga practice, this is for you! A two hour class/workshop with an opportunity to participate in a beginner class and ask Studio Owner/Yoga Instructor Tricia Tayrien any questions you may have. The fee for this class is $20. Bring your own mat, a towel and water bottle. Held monthly--see above CLASS SCHEDULE for upcoming dates and times. Gentle: A class to "restore"--most of the class is done on the floor. Bring a yoga strap and blanket for this one.
Vinyasa Flow: A class that is mindfully choreographed and
challenging you might want a water bottle and hand towel..(Go green and
use a reusable water bottle)
Hot Yoga: The room is hot and 90 minutes long. We will work on the same postures in each class. You will need a water bottle, towel for your mat, and a hand towel.
CLASS PRICES
Your first class is our gift to you. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete a health release form and ask any questions you may have. Though you will probably want to own your own mat, please feel free to borrow one if needed. You may also wish to bring a small towel and water. Class punch cards expire 60 days from the date of purchase and are priced as follows:
